On a gloriously sunny and clear blue sky day it was with great pride that on Thursday 6th February Whitstable & Seasalter Golf Club opened its doors to the magnificent new clubhouse.
We were honoured to have the Lord Mayor, Councillor Terry Westgate and the Lady Mayoress, Mrs Sue Westgate to perform the opening ceremony. Many local dignitaries were in attendance and personnel from the Kent golfing world.
After seven years and much hard work it was time to say goodbye to our old, much loved but rather worn out, clubhouse and step into the future, not only for existing members but for generations to come.
The Club welcome any new applicants who would like to sign up as members and also those wishing to hire the Clubhouse for special events.
