After almost four years of planning and preparation work, the start date for the commencement of building works for the new Clubhouse at Whitstable & Seasalter Golf Club is now known. It is Monday 22nd October 2018. The contract for the building has been placed with Abbott Construction, a well respected local company.
The new Clubhouse will provide members and visitors with a modern building that will be used by both those playing today and future generations. It has been funded by the sale of a parcel of land at the edge of the course.
It is hoped that the building works will allow the new facility to be ready for use in just under one year’s time.
Whitstable & Seasalter Golf Club is a nine hole course situated on the edge of the town. Membership is available with no joining fee. Visitors are most welcome with competitive prices. Clubs and buggies are also available for hire. The Club has good catering and bar facilities again competitively priced. The Clubhouse can be hired for events and functions.
